Terms and Conditions
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions applicable to participants:
- Cash Prize Eligibility:
- Cash prizes will be awarded only if there are more than 15 entries in any given event.
- Protest Procedure:
- Protests must be submitted in writing, accompanied by a non-refundable fee of ₹500 per protest.
- The decision of the Jury regarding any protest will be considered final and binding.
- Organizational Rights:
- The Organizers reserve the right to alter or modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The Organizing Committee holds the authority to amend these rules at any time, at its sole discretion, in response to events or circumstances beyond control. Any decision made in this regard will be final.
- Circle of Champions (COC) Selection:
- The top 8 shooters from the pistol and rifle events will be selected for the COC.
- The COC will be a mixed event, where the top 4 players from each category will be determined based on the average score of NR and ISSF.
- Registration and Payment:
- Participants must fill out the registration form at the specified link and complete payment for the number of events in which they wish to participate for the registration to be valid.
- Participants may register for multiple events subject to age limitations. However, only one attempt per player per subcategory is allowed. Payment must be completed for each event entered.
- For example, a participant may compete in up to three subcategories (e.g., air rifle, air pistol, and open sight air rifle). Their performance in each match will determine their ranking in all the events they participated in for that subcategory, provided they meet the age requirements.
