Refund/Cancelation Policy-

Canceling an order:

100% Payment (Excluding Tax and Payment Gateway charges) will be refundable if order cancelled

  1. Immediately after placed or until we have not processed the order.
  2. Within 4 hours in working hours or till 9 AM of next day if order placed after working hours.
  3. Before the shipment is dispatched (Excluding 10% admin charges)

After dispatch – no refund, unless product is faulty, which will be covered by warranty clause..

Return Policy

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) policy will apply. Any manufacturing defect will be refunded/replaced as per particular OEM policy. Defective equipment will be dealt with by concerned service center.

Because we are unable to exchanges every gun we sell will undergo a thorough quality review before they leave.
